when i first started this account, i was passing by a second childhood/teenager years. i must declare, everybody thinks i'm a very mature person, but actually i'm not. this was a response, i think, to the pressure of growing up, of being an adult, of going to the uni and having adult responsabilities. cosplaying was part of it, as well of drawing anime characters, which i still do, but under a diferent context.

i've been thinking of closing this account and starting a new one. DA hasn't been very symbolic to me and to my art. i don't get much feedback and i hate being socially cynical to get that feedback. flickr, by the other hand, it's cleaner, you get closer to the people that you actually want to be close. it's more mature (i hate saying that, now i sound like an hypocrit)... the problem is, that now i'm in canada i don't have access to my stuff, and since i lost one of my harddrives, some of the art posted here are the actual only copies i have. so i have to think carefully. DA doesn't allow me to change screennames, which i think is good and bad at the same time.

if i start a new account, i'll not care about the views, watches or whatever. i'll only care of that if those were sincere. the problem with this is that in that rush of getting yourself noticed you get people in your watch and at the end you don't watch and they don't look at you. if it's mutual, i would mind. but it's not. i only need a space to post my things and to use it as a renewbable portafolio. i don't care about the "community thing". sadly, flickr is limited to 200 pics. DA is not.

if you can recommend me something, i would listen happily
